How we help
It is essential that activists and defenders working on social and environmental issues not only have guarantees of safety and protection but also maintain comprehensive psycho-emotional health that allows them to perform their duties and face the challenges and adversities they encounter. Recognizing and emphasizing that activism is crucial for promoting social, political, and environmental change worldwide, it is vital to protect and support those who participate altruistically and courageously in these often high-risk endeavors.

RECONDITIONING RETREATS
Collective in-person gatherings
We organize 7-day retreats designed for collective work, allowing beneficiaries to experience immersive healing while disconnecting from their service realities and fields. These retreats provide intensive therapeutic processes using psychological tools, modern healing resources, and traditional medicine, promoting deep individual work combined with opportunities for dialogue and collective integration. These retreats offer a chance for profound healing in a safe, wellbeing-focused environment, akin to "vacations" from conflict, helping participants to rejuvenate their minds, spirits, and perspectives to return to their causes in optimal condition.
MUTUAL SUPPORT FORUM
24/7 support
Our mutual support forum is a platform hosted on Signal, designed as a secure space for exchange and collaboration. Organized into various virtual meeting rooms, the forum connects defenders from different regions and sectors, fostering the exchange of experiences, needs, information, and resources. The primary goal is to provide mutual support for those engaged in activism and change. Signal was chosen for its security features, ensuring data encryption. Access to the forum is granted only after contacting our organizers and specialists to maintain a secure environment and prevent data leaks.
CYCLES OF
TALKS
Multidisciplinary learning
Our monthly talk cycles are designed to enrich the experiences and processes of defenders. Each session is led by diverse experts who contribute from their fields of knowledge and experiences. We invite change agents from various disciplines, including psychologists, biologists, sociologists, and political scientists. The aim is to encourage dialogue and idea exchange, creating a "cross-pollination" environment to generate new solutions for seemingly intractable situations. These cycles aim to inspire and unlock new possibilities through collaborative, multidisciplinary dialogue, addressing key issues to help confront daily challenges.
SEEDBED OF CHANGE
Promoting altruistic vocation
Our monthly online interviews and discussions are aimed at the general public, featuring prominent figures in activism and related areas. Each session offers an opportunity for defenders to share their experiences and struggles, inspiring others to join urgent global causes. While activism is often perceived as rarely yielding positive results, these conversations aim to showcase the successes of change agents and organizations dedicated to enhancing human wellbeing. We seek to inspire people to move beyond passivity and work together to create a livable world.
PARENTING
FOR A POSSIBLE WORLD
Family support
This program is aimed at children and teenagers, children of defenders who are not directly involved in activism. Its goal is to support them in dealing with the challenge of having parents dedicated to global causes, often putting their lives at risk. For many of these youths, activism can be associated with feelings of abandonment, leading to rejection and viewing the world as something that separates them from their parents. Additionally, some face pressure to adopt their parents’ philosophies, creating a contradiction with the original values promoted. This program provides emotional support and understanding, helping these young people find their own path free from external expectations and reconcile their family experiences with their own worldviews.
Transformative results
The goal of our services is not only to impact individuals so that they can then bring benefits to their humanitarian services but also to serve as a dissemination channel through research and audiovisual content. We aim to highlight actions aimed at improving the world and inspire similar vocations in future generations.
SECURITY PROTOCOLS
In addition to carefully selecting mental health professionals and life defenders for our programs, we conduct a thorough application and acceptance process for all participants. Through official document submission, background checks, and reference requests, we ensure maximum safety and genuine intent to benefit, providing all participants with a trustworthy space for their improvement and healing processes.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICIES
We ensure complete confidentiality of therapy sessions through signed confidentiality agreements. Additionally, we use high-security communication methods to protect the identities and locations of participants in our programs
