how we help
Who is this free support for?
This service is 100% free and is intended for individuals who meet certain criteria, defined through a clear and responsible evaluation methodology. We support people who:

-
Are actively involved in social, environmental, or humanitarian causes.
-
Have maintained sustained activity over the past 1–2 years.
-
Can provide basic verification of their work (organization, project, collective, or cause).
This methodology allows us to prioritize the most urgent cases and ensure an ethical and sustainable use of available resources.
More than 50% of people working in activism and humanitarian response experience symptoms of burnout.
Between 30% and 40% experience post-traumatic stress or vicarious trauma.

SECURITY PROTOCOLS
In addition to the careful curation of mental health professionals and life defenders selected as beneficiaries of our programs, the organization conducts a thorough application and acceptance process for all participants. Through the submission of official documentation, background and personal history reviews, as well as the request for references, we seek to ensure the highest standards of safety and integrity of purpose, in order to guarantee a space of full trust for all beneficiaries throughout their processes of healing and improvement.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICIES
We ensure strict confidentiality of all therapeutic processes through the signing of confidentiality agreements. Additionally, we use high-security communication channels to protect the identities and locations of participants in our programs.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO
At this time, we do not have the infrastructure to provide emergency care, nor do we replace crisis services or psychiatric emergency support. If you find yourself in an emergency situation, we advise you to contact 911 and seek immediate assistance. What we currently offer is non-urgent psychological and psychosocial support for medium- and long-term processes.
